Montechoro - an overview
Montechoro is in the Algarve, Portugal next door to Albufeira and approximately an hour's drive from Faro.  Montechoro has the famous ‘strip', a long avenue of shops, bars and restaurants leading down to the beautiful long sandy beach of Praia da Oura where a wide range of water sports and many boat and fishing trips depart.  A resort to suit all tastes and budgets if you like a busy centre to visit.
