The Leticia del Mar offers bungalows overlooking the pool and one bedroom apartments spilt over two floors (none have a pool view). Opposite you will find a park with plenty of entertainment for children. The Leticia del Mar has undertaken some refurbishment and now the bungalows and apartments are equipped with new kitchens and new shower rooms instead of bathrooms. A straightforward accommodation in a busy, central, low location.

At the Leticia these simple but comfortable bungalows and apartments have pay satellite TV, kitchenette with 2 electric rings, toaster and fridge and a bath or shower room. Bungalows sleep up to 3 with a twin bedroom and sofa/pull out bed in the living/sleeping area. One bedroom apartmenrs sleep up to 4 and have a twin bedroom and a sofa/pull out beds in the living/sleeping area. Please be advised that there are steps into the complex and to the lower floor of the apartment block. Apartments do not have a pool view.
