The Las Marinas complex is situated close to Puerto del Carmen (4km away and reached by public transport or taxi) in the Matagorda area that boasts its own shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife.

The Matagorda beach can be reached by a 10-minute walk down a hill making this complex suitable for anyone, in particular, for those who like a smaller complex in a quieter location with a bustling resort not too far away. 

The duplex and bungalow one-bedroom apartments are located around the good-sized pool, poolside snack bar and reception area.  Colourfully furnished, simple, clean and comfortable one-bedroom apartments have a twin bedroom, living/sleeping area, kitchenette with 2 electric rings, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, satellite/cable tv (payable locally) and bathroom. A twin bedroom with balcony and a bathroom are upstairs. Duplex apartments have a living/sleeping area with sofa/pull out beds in the lounge and kitchenette downstairs. Bungalows are single storey with a twin bedroom, living/sleeping area with sofa/pull out beds in the lounge, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Please note that due to the location of the Las Marinas this property may not be suitable for those with breathing or walking difficulties.   The Las Marinas Apartments have a child age of 18 and under.
